2交代制でも無理なく続けれます ピラティスは呼吸が大事 2交代制でも無理なく続けれます 我流トレーニングは合ってたのか？ 投稿日: 12/05/2017 12/05/2017 投稿者: admin こんにちはユカリです。つい先日ピラティスの体験会に行ってまいりました。場所はピラティススタイル高槻店です。行き方やコースの紹介などこちらのサイト「 ピラティススタイル 高槻 」が大変参考になったのでぜひご覧ください。 さて、毎日ピラティスをしている私なので、結構自信がありました。なんの？ってポーズのキレイさとか柔軟性ですね。あと、ピラティスって体幹の筋肉がかなり必要になってくるので、それを維持する筋肉もなかなか仕上がってますよ♪最近はプロティンまで飲んでますしね（笑）とはいっても、我流は我流。本当に正しいポーズを教えてもらえるとなるとテンション上がります。さらにピラティスのスキルアップに励みたいのです。 なぜ私がここまで夢中になっているかと言いますと、やはり健康効果が大きいですね。まず便秘改善です。最近調子イイです( ・∀・)便秘に効くポーズっあるんですけど。スノーエンジェルやロール・バックが代表的ですね。しかし凄い名前・・。ピラティスってあんまりポーズの名前は気にしない傾向にあるそうですね。 さて、体験会の方ですがプライベートレッスンを体験しました。ベーシックなポーズをとり、姿勢や呼吸が合っているかどうか、先生によくみてもらい、さらに私の知らないポーズをいくつか教えて頂きました。ポーズの姿勢自体はかなり良いとのこと！嬉しいですね～。ただ、一回のポーズが短すぎたので、もっと長くポーズを維持するようにと教えてもらいました。へえ～１つのポーズって結構長いんですね。無料動画や、書籍ではそこまで伝わらなかったので、意外にビックリです。 他には憧れ？のピラティスマシンも使いました♪何だか自分の体じゃないみたい（笑）こんな感じで大満足な体験会でした。ぜひ受講したいと思います。それではまた次回。 ピラティスが日課になってます♪ 投稿日: 11/22/2017 12/05/2017 投稿者: admin お久しぶりです、ユカリです。あれから毎日ピラティスやってますよ。仕事でクタクタになってもやってます！やっぱり運動のストレス解消効果って凄いと思います。ピラティスをした日の夜はぐっすり、泥のように眠れるんです♪次の日もテキパキ動けるので嬉しいです ・・ただ、ダイエット効果は今のところなし（泣）う～ん何故でしょう？さすがにまだ日が浅いですかね。なんとなく足のむくみが取れた気もしますけど、ピラティスはどちらかというと背筋や腹筋などの体幹が多いので、若干体のバランスが悪いのかもしれませんね。難しいものです。 ただ、姿勢は相当よくなりましたね。背中の筋肉って赤筋が多いので、非常に重要なんです。赤筋の方が白筋よりも、体温を上げる効果が強いらしいのです。それでは！と思い、色々調べました。猫のポーズから手足を交互に伸ばすポーズ（ポーズ名が解かりませんでした）が一番おすすめ！私は毎日やってます。 今のところ何を参考にして、ポーズを取っているかというと、youtubeとか市販の健康本からになります。一応ポーズの種類には詳しくなるのですが。果たして自分のポーズがあっているのか結構疑問なんです。たぶん間違ってますね（笑） それに呼吸はポーズ以上によく分かりません。微妙な息の長さやタイミングなどもっと詳しく知りたい！と思うよになってきました。やはりピラティス教室に通ったほうが良いのでしょうか？そこで調べてみることに。・・近所にピラティススタイルというお店があるじゃないですか♪しかも！私の家から自転車で５分もかかりません（笑）実は早速今朝電話して、一日体験を予約したんです♪近々行ってまいります。・・しかし私、ピラティスにはまってますね（笑） ピラティスって続けれそう 投稿日: 11/08/2017 11/22/2017 投稿者: admin 初めまして、大阪府でナースの仕事をしています、ユカリです。二交代制の勤務でめちゃくちゃキツイです（汗）それでも好きな仕事なので頑張ってますよ♪看護学校を出て、すぐ今の仕事に就きました。 今２７歳です。なんだか最近体力の衰えが・・まだ２０代なのに、早すぎですよ（汗）それと共に体重も順調に増えてます。定期的にダイエットをするので１年を通したら一定の数値をキープできてますが、ダイエットはやっぱりキツイです。多分そのせいで体力がなくなっているんじゃないかなと・・。 そんな気がしますね。最近体重の増加のスピードが尋常じゃないです。まあ夜食とか、近所にドーナツ屋さんが出来たとか、色々原因はありそうですけど。根本原因は運動不足でしょうね。 学生時代はソフトボールをしてましたけど、卒業して以来一回もしてませんし。昔は家でヨガをやってましたが最近は１分もしてないです。元々柔軟よりも体を動かす系といいますか、体温が上がって少し汗ばむような運動が好きなんです。 でもソフトボールみたいなハードなスポーツはもう嫌です。そもそもお手軽じゃないですしね。やっぱり家で出来る、トレーニングになりますね～。調べてみると、いくつか候補はありました。エクササイズやパワーヨガ、筋トレ、ボクシングなど。 中でもピラティスに興味を持ちました。理由は何となくオシャレな気がするからです（笑）というのは冗談として、調べてみると結構奥が深そうです。ヨガと同じく呼吸を大事にしています。 柔軟ではなくこちらは体幹トレーニングに近い印象です。体の中心であるコアを意識したポーズが多いんだとか。ヨガの時も、呼吸や瞑想は好きだったから、ピラティスが丁度いいと思います。とりあえずマットさえあれば出来そうなので、早速今日からやってみますね♪それではまた。 検索: 最近の投稿 我流トレーニングは合ってたのか？ ピラティスが日課になってます♪ ピラティスって続けれそう 最近のコメント アーカイブ 2017年12月 2017年11月 カテゴリー 未分類 メタ情報 ログイン 投稿の rss コメントの rss wordpress.org proudly powered by wordpress | theme: don by awothemes .
